Detectable Hair Nets & Mob Caps
Controlling hair contamination is a top hygiene priority for food producers and is a requirement according to BRC Issue 8 Clause 7.4.2. Hairnets and Mob Caps can accidentally cause their own foreign body contamination by becoming a contaminant themselves!
Our detectable head wear features either metal clasps or aluminium foil strips, both of which give strong metal detector readings, which, subject to correct configuration, will cause an automatic alert and trigger the product rejection procedure.
